Dr. Sahar Mogahaddam

Dr. Sahar was born and raised in a green beautiful province in Northern Iran. She began her career as a veterinarian in her own Mixed Animal Practice in 2002, before making the big move to Canada in 2014.

 Since then, she has been actively volunteering at various clinics- both small and large animal- in Calgary and area, as well as with AARCS. All while working as a Pharmacy technician, she diligently worked toward obtaining her Veterinary licence in Canada. In 2023, she officially began practicing as a veterinarian in Alberta, where she is thrilled to apply her veterinary knowledge into practice!

Dr. Sahar has two cats, named Chai and Soltan.

In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, reading, gathering with friends, and spending quality time with her Husband, Reza and their two sons. 

Sahar is so excited to meet all the wonderful clients and patients at Cranston Veterinary Hospital.
