Cayla Collens is a dedicated Client Care Representative with a strong background in both veterinary and human healthcare. She began her career in the veterinary field in 2008 as a tech assistant, developing a passion for animal care early on. In 2013, she expanded her medical expertise by becoming a certified phlebotomist, working in human medicine until 2018.

To further deepen her medical knowledge and administrative skills, Cayla returned to school for medical transcription, gaining a strong foundation in medical terminology, documentation, and precision in communication. Her commitment to continuous learning reflects her drive to provide high-quality care and service in any clinical setting.

After running a successful day-home while raising her young family, Cayla returned to veterinary medicine in 2023. She brings a unique blend of clinical experience, client-focused service, and a deep understanding of both animal and human care environments. Known for her excellent communication skills, empathy, and professionalism, Cayla thrives in fast-paced settings where compassion and multitasking are key.
